This is part 2/2 for my series of interviews about Ketamine treatments. In this episode, I interview Jamie AKA “The Gloomy Optimist” about her personal experiences with the treatments that she says saved her life.
I really enjoyed having Jamie on the show this week. She was brave in sharing her story. We go deep into her life-long struggles with anxiety and depression. Jamie is someone who has put in the work. She has tried numerous medications and therapy, but nothing seemed to stick until Ketamine. She describes going into the first infusion suicidal and coming out with hope for the future. Powerful stuff.
Please say hi to Jamie…

This week’s episode is brought to you by Audible. I am a huge fan of Audible and use their service just about every day. Both of my audiobooks are exclusively on the Audible platform and there are so many other amazing books to choose from. Each month, you get one credit that you can use on any audiobook available and you also get to select two Audible Originals, which is a nice little bonus.
Right now, Audible is doing a promotion. You can get three months of Audible for just $6.95 per month, which is over half-off their typical price.
