Hello, friends! In this episode, I take you through a guided meditation designed to help you unhook from your thoughts, acknowledging them without fully giving in to them. With everyone still in such a state of uncertainty, I thought this would be a really good meditation to do for this period of time.
This is a meditation that I have adapted and added to, but the original source material is from Mindfulness Exercises. In a time full of compromise, change and uncertainty, I really hope this helps you get through and allows you to calm your mind and start to be on better terms with your thoughts.
