Hi, friends! This is the first episode with Joelle on in the new year. A LOT has happened since she was last on the show. We get cozy on the couch and talk about everything from voluntary hospitalization to the journey of finding a psychiatrist.
Hello, friends. In this episode, I walk you through a calming meditation to help you get through the rest of the year. It has been designed to help you reconnect to the things that keep you going! There will be ad breaks in the main episode, but the full uninterrupted version is available for free here on the website. I hope you find it helpful.
I just had a birthday! Yay me! So for this episode, I’m doing something a little silly and sharing with you 32 things that I have done in my 32 years on this earth. There miiiiight be a little bragging. But most of this is a great chance to share a little bit more about my life with you.
Hello, friends! Today I have a looser episode structure for you. Simply me sitting and talking to you about a few things that are working for me right now. They are super random, but all represent things in my life that are helping me get through. Enjoy!
Hello, friends. A lot of you have been asking for an update from my wife, Joelle. Today, I have her on the show to talk about what led up to her recent mental health crisis and how things have progressed since that time. She has undergone six ketamine infusion treatments, started with a psychiatrist, and started with a new therapist. We talk about all of these things and she does an amazing job of making visual metaphors for the ways in which she is changing. Enjoy!
